North Georgia Fishing
Trout Fishing in North Georgia
The trout season in Georgia usually runs
from the last weekend in March until the last weekend in October.
You probably won't catch giant trout like you do in other
parts of the country, but you can expect to catch your limit
if you hit the stocked streams. Some favorite trout
fishing spots in Georgia are around Helen, Clayton,
and just south of the Blue Ridge Dam.
